Noémie Haller is a Counsel in the Employment Law and Business Crime practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in employment law, benefits and social security, together with business crime matters, particularly where employment and criminal law intersect. Her practice encompasses both advisory and contentious work relating to individual and collective employment issues and employer representation. She advises on and litigates the full spectrum of employment matters, including employment contracts and terminations, compensation schemes and remuneration policies, moral and sexual harassment, whistleblowing, investigations, social security, restructurings, reorganisations and collective redundancies. In the business crime sphere, she handles employment-related criminal matters (including fraud, theft, defamation and employers' criminal liability), as well as broader white-collar crime issues such as fraud in the financial sector, corporate criminal defence, director criminal liability, and regulatory investigations, with particular expertise in whistleblowing procedures and internal investigations.
Noémie regularly gives trainings to clients on several employment and business crime-related topics (such as harassment, whistleblowing, investigations, dawn raids, etc.).
- She has a Master’s in Cross-Border Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France) and a Master’s (LL.M.) from the University of Trier (Germany) and a Bachelor’s in French-German Private Law.
