Senior Associate

Dino is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He advises companies on the structuring and implementation of domestic and international transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions. Dino also specialises in corporate governance matters, with a focus on corporate sustainability.

He was admitted to the Rome (Italy) Bar in 2017 and to the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) in 2021.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Dino worked as a lawyer for several years at one of the longest-established Italian law firms, acquiring extensive expertise in domestic and international corporate projects, mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Naples Federico II (Italy), with a doctoral thesis on Social Enterprises and Third Sector Entities, and a Master’s in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University (Rome).

Dino is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), where he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Sustainability Board.
