Caroline Fort is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits practice of Arendt & Medernach.

Caroline advises employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment law matters. In addition to providing legal advice to employers, Caroline also handles employment-related litigation and represents them in courts.

She has experience in corporate restructurings and reorganisations, in particular in employment law issues that arise from mergers and acquisitions, such as transfer of undertakings.

Caroline’s expertise also extends to addressing emerging workplace challenges, including ESG considerations and issues relating to workplace harassment.

She also advises on all matters relating to remuneration policies.

  • Caroline holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (Chicago, USA), a Master’s degree in European Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Aix-Marseille (France).

  • Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2021 and sits as a member of its Executive Committee since 2023.
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (2020) and to the New York State Bar (2022).
