Yannick Baer is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises national and multinational private and listed companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, real estate funds and individual investors on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
Yannick also advises on corporate governance and corporate finance matters and transactional business law in general.
Yannick is an adjunct lecturer in Company Law at the University of Luxembourg.
- LL.M. in Corporate and Securities Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (UK).
- Master’s in Corporate and Business Law from Aix-Marseille Université (France).
- Member of the Luxembourg Bar and holds the title of Avocat à la Cour (Liste I).
- In 2023, Yannick was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s representative office in London for six months.
