Giuseppe Di Gesù is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.

Giuseppe specialises in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds and their managers (AIFMs), with a focus on real estate, private equity, debt and venture capital funds.

He also actively advises fund sponsors, managers and investors on numerous issues, including secondary transactions, investments, governance, compliance, carried interest and co-investments, reorganisations and exits. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, he worked for several years as a lawyer in top-tier Italian law firms, acquiring extensive expertise in investment fund formation, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering matters for Italy-based AIFMs and other innovative investment schemes.

Giuseppe holds a Master’s in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University (Rome) and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Tilburg University (Netherlands). He is also an alumnus of the Academy of American and International Law at Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law.

He is admitted to the bars of Milan (Italy) and Luxembourg.
