Tsirmpa
Senior Associate
Natalia Tsirmpa is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in corporate law, advising national and multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity and real estate funds on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, refinancing, joint ventures, and transactional business law in general.
Natalia has been a member of the Bar Association in Greece since 2016 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, she worked as in-house legal counsel in a Luxembourg based company, as well as in law firms and legal organizations in Greece and the United States.
She holds an undergraduate law degree and Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg (France).
