Valciukaite
Senior Associate
Deimanté Valciukaite is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in the structuring and set-up of regulated and unregulated private equity, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital investment vehicles, and in structuring asset holding structures. She also advises clients (international asset managers in particular) on all related legal, corporate and regulatory aspects.
Deimanté holds a Master’s in European and International Law from Vilnius University (Lithuania) as well as an LL.M. in Financial and Commercial Law from KU Leuven University (Belgium).
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she gained experience in structuring and administration of investment vehicles, notably their fiscal and corporate governance aspects.
Deimanté is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II).
Languages: English, French, Lithuanian.
