Senior Associate

Yasmine is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in both regulated and unregulated investment fund matters.

Yasmine mainly advises clients on the structuring and life cycle management of alternative investment fund managers and alternative investment funds including, inter alia, real estate/infrastructure funds, private equity funds, private debt funds, RAIFs, SIFs, SICARs, ELTIFs and Luxembourg Part II funds. Yasmine also advises on marketing and fund distribution related matters, including reviews of marketing communications.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, Yasmine gained experienced at several international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, and at an asset manager in Paris.

Yasmine studied in Montpellier, France and Tilburg, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier as well as an Executive Master’s in Islamic Finance from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (France).

Yasmine is a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
