Séverine Brasseur is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in local and international transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations as well as the setting up and structuring of companies and other joint ventures in Luxembourg.

She is a member of the Paris (2010), Frankfurt (2014) and Luxembourg Bars (2017).

Séverine Brasseur holds a Magister Legum (LL. M.) from the Universität zu Köln (Germany), a Franco-German Master’s degree (Maîtrise franco-allemande) from the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master 2 in international private law and international commercial law (Droit international privé et du Commerce International) from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas.

She is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
