Julia Szafranska is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises fund sponsors on all legal and regulatory aspects connected to the structuring, formation, and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, as well as on related transactional activities.

She joined Arendt & Medernach in 2014.

She holds LL.M. degrees from New York University School of Law and National University of Singapore, as well as a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014.
