Eloïse Patocki-Tomas is a Senior Associate in the IP, Communication & Technology practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in data protection and privacy matters, e-commerce and distance contracts, consumer protection, IT and outsourcing issues, the full spectrum of IP rights (trademarks, patents, designs and copyright), media and telecommunications, advertising, unfair competition and product regulation. She is a member of the Paris Bar and has been admitted to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title.
She started her career as a trainee in 2015 working as an in-house intellectual property lawyer for a large media company in Paris (Legal Department of Radios and TVs). Additionally, she worked for a business law firm in Montreal dedicated to startups, as well as for an intellectual property boutique law firm in Paris, before joining Arendt & Medernach.
Eloïse is a lecturer at University of Montpellier (France) for the Master 2, Pratiques Juridiques et Judiciaires, where she gives lectures related to intellectual property and data protection.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Montpellier. She participated in two international exchange programs, with the University Carlos III de Madrid for the third year of her Bachelor’s degree, and with the University of Ottawa, where she studied in LLM programs as an international exchange student.
