Géraldine Léonard is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund related matters. She advises international clients on the structuring, organisation and marketing of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs.

She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and was a member of the Brussels Bar until 2013.

Géraldine holds a Master of Law and a Master in Notarial Law from the Université de Liège as well as an LL.M in International Trade Law from the University of Essex.
