Gabin
Senior Associate
Alizée Gabin is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.She advises investment management companies on the structuring, formation and distribution of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity, debt and real estate strategies.
She also assists with regulatory matters pertaining to regulated funds and their managers.
Alizée joined Arendt & Medernach in 2017.
From July 2019 to December 2019 she was seconded to Pimco Europe Ltd in London, where she was part of the legal team and contributed to the structuring of Pimco’s Luxembourg alternative investment funds.
She holds a Master’s in Contract Law and Commercial Law from the University of Paris Descartes and a Specialised Master’s in International Law and Management from HEC Paris (France).
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
