Fiona de Watazzi is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach and co-leads the Regulated AIF practice. She advises sponsors on the structuring, establishment and day-to-day management of Luxembourg evergreen private-wealth funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and secondaries. Fiona is also one of the firm’s experts on European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs).
