Fiona de Watazzi is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund matters.

She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation and marketing of management entities and investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs.

She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and New York Bar, and is admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.

She participates in several working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), in particular with respect to performance fees and money market funds.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Laws in English Law and French Law (LL.B.) from the University of Exeter (UK), as well as a Master’s degree in European Law from the Université de Rennes I (France).
