Marianne Brésart is a Senior Associate in the EU & Competition Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in State aid, SGEI (services of general economic interest) and EU restrictive measures. She also deals with EU banking and financial law, private international law as well as EU civil service law.

She advises a wide range of clients from the public (local, national, European) and private sectors (from SMEs to large and international companies).

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
