​Nadia Bonnet is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice at Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in alternative investment (funds) vehicles, advising clients on the structuring, setting up and organisation of investment vehicles in the real estate and private equity asset classes, such as specialised investment funds (SIF), investment companies risk capital (SICAR), and various types of non-regulated investment structures. She is also involved in Islamic finance structures.

She also regularly advises international institutional clients on the formation of joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.

She joined Arendt & Medernach in 2010 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2008. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she worked for three years for the Benelux firm Loyens & Loeff as an associate in the investment management practice group.

Nadia Bonnet is a Luxembourg qualified lawyer and studied law in Besançon (France), Kansas (United States) and Luxembourg. She holds a Master’s degree in European business law from the Université de Besançon (France).
