Jasper Ronda is a Director at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).
Focusing on UCITS management companies and AIFMs as well as service providers in the asset management industry, Jasper acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, business organization and process optimization in the asset management sector. He also works on the implementation of MiFID II.
- Jasper holds a master’s degree in European law and a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University (the Netherlands)
- Throughout his career, Jasper has successfully completed a number of trainings amongst which the ICMA Operations Certificate Programme on financial market operations and the PRINCE2® Foundation course
- He started his career in 2012 when he joined the Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg.
