Jasper
Ronda
Director
Jasper Ronda is a Director at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).
He started his career in 2012 when he joined the Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg.
Focusing on UCITS management companies and AIFMs as well as service providers in the asset management industry, Jasper acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, business organization and process optimization in the asset management sector. He also works on the implementation of MiFID II.
Jasper holds a master's degree in European law and a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University (the Netherlands). Throughout his career, Jasper has successfully completed a number of trainings amongst which the ICMA Operations Certificate Programme on financial market operations and the PRINCE2® Foundation course.
