He advises domestic and international clients, including private equity firms, investment funds, multinational corporations, regulated companies and listed companies, on the structuring and execution of domestic and cross-border transactions, covering mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and transactional business law in general.
