
Solenne Fratta is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in advising domestic and multinational private and listed companies, private equity firms, real estate funds, individual investors, as well as asset managers, on the structuring, financing and implementation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and refinancing, with a focus on corporate finance and general transactional business matters.
She also advises companies, shareholders, investors and creditors on national and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, complex corporate recovery, distressed asset management and reorganisation and insolvency proceedings.
Solenne’s expertise also includes corporate fund structuring, advising alternative fund managers, institutional investors and private equity sponsors on the corporate aspects of establishing, fundraising, operating and restructuring alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies.
In 2024, Solenne was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s representative office in London for six months.
