Pierandrea Caligiuri is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises multinationals, listed companies and major private equity funds on structuring international transactions, corporate finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as restructuring and refinancing issues, with a particular focus on corporate governance and co-investment structures. Pierandrea also assists family offices with regard to their corporate structuring and investment activities.
