Michael Moreira Da Silva is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises domestic and international clients, including private equity firms and multinational corporations, on acquisition and reinvestment structures, corporate governance and the structuring and execution of cross-border transactions. He also has expertise in corporate reorganisations, including liquidations, mergers and conversions, as well as transactional business law in general.
Michael specialises in the corporate aspects of acquisitions and restructuring deals, with particular expertise in the design and implementation of complex investment structures for a wide range of national and international clients.
- Michael passed the final Luxembourg Bar Exam (Avoué) in 2025.
- He obtained an LL.M. in European Business Law from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) in 2022.
- He completed the First State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) at the Universität Trier (Germany) in 2020, with a specialisation in European and International Law, alongside a Certification in International Legal Studies in French Law.
- Michael was admitted to List I of the Luxembourg Bar as a fully qualified Avocat à la Cour in 2025.
