Jeremy Bensoussan is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He focuses on corporate law, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. His work involves advising companies on general corporate governance matters and the structuring, financing and implementation of a wide range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and management structures.

• He also has a Master’s 2 in Common Law & Comparative Law from Université Paris Cité (France).


• He has an LL.M. in American Law from Boston University School of Law (USA).


• He also has a Master’s 1 in International Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).


• He has a Bachelor’s in French and Anglo-American Law from CY Cergy Paris University (France), which included a year at London South Bank University (UK).

  • Jeremy has been a member of the New York Bar since 2019 and a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar since 2022.

  • Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Jeremy gained experience in mergers and acquisitions in the legal department of an international company and also at a French international law firm.
