Arendt & Medernach, as a multi-practice group team, acted as counsel for TwentyTwo Real Estate in the largest single-hotel transaction in Europe since the start of the year.

Alongside several financial advisers and German counsel Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Arendt assisted TwentyTwo in the acquisition of one of the largest and newest Center Parcs in Europe.

TwentyTwo Real Estate is an independent real estate investor-operator with €4.8 billion of assets under management in Europe across all real estate asset classes.
