Elettra Vercella Baglione is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on real estate, private equity, debt and venture capital funds.
- Elettra graduated from Università Bocconi in Milan (Italy) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Corporate Law, Financial Markets and Competition Law.
- Following that, she continued her studies with an LL.M. in Business and Finance Law from The George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C. (USA).
- Elettra has been a member of the Milan Bar (Italy) since 2017 and the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) since 2022.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2022, Elettra gained extensive experience at a leading Italian law firm in Milan, where she dealt with corporate law in the private and public sector, with a particular focus on domestic and international M&A, private equity and restructuring transactions.
