
Carlos Rodríguez is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in alternative investment funds and advises clients on all legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including debt and private equity.
He also advises fund sponsors on a wide range of issues, including the creation of solutions to activate private wealth channels, investments, governance, compliance and co-investments.
- Carlos has an LL.M in International Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), an LL.M in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia), a Master’s in Business and Economics from Sciences Po (France) and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
- He is admitted to the New York Bar and the Colombia Bar.
