Bianca Kolias is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in both regulated and unregulated investment fund matters.
Bianca assists asset managers, fund promoters and institutional investors with structuring and setting up Luxembourg regulated and unregulated (alternative) investment fund structures. Bianca also advises on marketing and fund distribution related matters, anti-money laundering and sustainable finance.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Bianca gained experience at several international law firms in Singapore and Germany and at a major European legal institution.
