Arnaud Quenette is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach, with over seven years of experience in the legal field.
He advises asset managers, investment funds and multinational companies on the corporate aspects of acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and deal syndication, guiding clients and counterparts through the full transaction lifecycle including related negotiations. His expertise encompasses transactional and business law for a wide variety of international clients relating to secondary and GP deals, as well as large scale cross-border M&A transactions.
- Arnaud holds a Diploma in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE — Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) and a Master’s in Business Law and Taxation from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (France) (2017–2018), as well as a Specialised Master’s in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School (France) (2018–2019).
- Arnaud is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer admitted as Avocat à la Cour on Liste 1 of the Barreau de Luxembourg.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in September 2024, Arnaud worked as an apprentice in the International Financial Services business unit of a major global systemically important French bank (G-SIB) in Paris, and spent four and a half years as an associate in the corporate team of a renowned Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
