Alexandra Loro is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises national and multinational corporations, private equity firms, real estate funds and listed companies on the structuring, financing and implementation of a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and transactional business law.
- Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Peru), enriched by an exchange program at Keio University (Japan), and a Master’s in Law from Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
- She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Alexandra gained experience in the legal departments of international companies and at public institutions and law firms in Peru, Japan and Belgium.
