We are delighted to invite you to the seventh edition of our Arendt Business Crime Insights event series.
The new PSD3/PSR package is a major step forward in the EU payments regulatory framework, introducing enhanced rules on fraud prevention, liability and consumer protection.
These changes will have significant implications for payment service providers, banks and other financial market participants.
The regulation is not just another regulatory and supervisory framework that requires changing a few clauses in your GTC. The impacts on your systems, data management and operations, the likely necessary use of AI models and much more are significant and what is required to comply is very broad.
Anticipation will be key and implementation will require a number of experts.
In addition to the administrative sanctions for non-compliance, the civil and criminal aspects should not be underestimated.
Join us on 7 October to gain a practical understanding of the new framework, explore its operational impacts and discuss the potential civil and criminal consequences. The session will also cover governance considerations and the responsibilities of directors and senior management under the new regime. It will be followed by a networking lunch.
Save the date in your calendar and register now so you don’t miss out on this engaging discussion and networking opportunity!
