About the training session

Objectives

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • understand what the right to disconnect means;
  • understand the legal framework governing the right to disconnect under Luxembourg law and recent case law;
  • identify the practical implementation measures, to comply with Luxembourg law on right to disconnect.

Content

  • Overview of the rules relating to the right to disconnect, with a focus on:
  1. Key legal provisions and guiding principles
  2. Measures to put in place to ensure compliance with the right to disconnect (including the right measures to ensure compliance) 
  3. Points of attention (staff delegation, training, etc.) 
  • Q/A session at the end of the course.
