Peter Vedev is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency and Finance & Capital Markets practices of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, fund finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and cross-border restructuring with particular expertise in security enforcement and insolvency matters. He focuses on advising domestic and international clients, with a focus on transactions involving German stakeholders.
Peter joined Arendt & Medernach in 2020 and his experience includes a secondment to the Arendt & Medernach Frankfurt Office.
- He has an LL.M. in European and International Tax from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg).
- He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg), including participation in the Erasmus exchange at Maastricht University (the Netherlands).
- Peter has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2023 and holds the title of Avocat à la Cour (Liste I).
- He is a member of the Loan Market Association.
