Nataliia Filimonova is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises major private equity firms, fund managers and multinational and domestic companies on a wide range of transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, refinancings and reorganisations, together with corporate governance matters and shareholder relations.
She also advises investors in their capacity as shareholders or creditors of companies in financial distress in relation to cross-border reorganisations and insolvency proceedings.
- Nataliia studied French law and English law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and the University of Southampton (UK) and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) in London (UK). She holds a Master’s in International Business Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
