Błażej Gładysz-Lehmann is a Partner in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises institutional and individual investors, as well as private equity funds, on local and international transactions, reorganisations and mainstream corporate matters relating to the structuring and set up of companies and joint ventures in Luxembourg. His practice increasingly focuses on regulated M&A, supporting clients active in traditional sectors such as funds, banking and insurance, where regulatory scrutiny and transactional complexity are continuing to rise.
Błażej has also gained expertise in emerging regulated fields, with a focus on the space, security and defence sectors, where he assists clients on the corporate regulatory, authorisation and licensing regimes applicable to these industries.
- He is a lecturer in Corporate Law at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and in Luxembourg Space Law at the University of Luxembourg.
- He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2015.
- He earned a Master’s in Space and Telecommunications Law from Université Paris-Saclay (France).
- He has a Master’s in the History of International Relations from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
- He also has a Maîtrise diploma in European Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
- He is an active member of several industry associations and organisations, including the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and the Luxembourg Banking and Financial Law (ALJB). Błażej also serves as a director and Chairman of the Asteroid Foundation, contributing to initiatives aimed at promoting knowledge and awareness of space-related opportunities and challenges.
