Context
In 2024, financial entities struggled to comply with implementation deadlines for DORA requirements. As DORA entered into application on 17 January 2025, it is now critical that financial entities be able to closely monitor – on an ongoing basis – the timely and proper carrying out of the various DORA periodic activities, whether this is monthly, quarterly, yearly or following major changes. A DORA Control Plan must therefore be established to initiate that monitoring with a high level of precision given the number of details included in DORA levels 1 and 2.
