Arendt & Medernach advises on the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg’s €1.25bn sovereign bond issuance

Arendt & Medernach has acted as legal advisor to the joint lead managers of a EUR 1,250,000,000 single tranche sovereign bond issuance by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The joint lead managers were, among others, Banque et Caisse d’Épargne de l’État, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A., BGL BNP Paribas and HSBC Continental Europe and Barclays Europe.
The sovereign bonds were issued on 1 March 2024 with a maturity of ten (10) years and a coupon of 2.875%. They are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
