Arendt lead the project as legal counsel, from its conceptualisation to its launch and our role was multifaceted. In particular, Arendt provided legal guidance in relation to the investment strategy, costs, distribution and lifecycle of this new product to be compliant with the ELTIF Regulation and the regulatory practice.
