Law of 23 July 2016 on Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (RAIF)

Reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) offer a fund-structuring solution that is highly attractive for all types of alternative investment strategies in Luxembourg and the EU.

Asset classes where RAIF can invest in include:
