The second episode in our UCITS webinar series will focus on eligible assets and liquidity considerations. We will cover the most recent ESMA and CSSF positions that are impacting UCITS in terms of eligible assets and liquidity, such as those on holding ancillary liquid assets or on extensive investments in SPACs.
We will discuss trends we are seeing across the market, and review case studies involving specific asset classes and instruments to highlight what the CSSF has, in our experience, tended to zero in on (sanctioned assets in the Russia/Ukraine conflict, high yield securities, securitisation, etc.).
