Thérèse Ruch-Lallart is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in employment, immigration, and social security matters.
Thérèse advises and assists employers on both individual and collective aspects of employment relationships, benefits, social security and immigration, and represents them before courts.
- Thérèse studied in France and in Luxembourg and has a Master’s 2 in Internal, European and International Employment Law from the University of Strasbourg (France).
- She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
Prior joining Arendt & Medernach, Thérèse worked from 2018 to 2022 at another Luxembourg law firm, where she also specialised in employment law.
