Arendt appoints Christian Heinen as the new CEO of Arendt Services

Arendt is pleased to welcome Christian Heinen, who joined the group as the new CEO of Arendt Services on the first of December. He takes over for Olivier Hamou, who will remain on the company’s Board of Directors.

Luxembourg, 15 December 2021 - Arendt is pleased to welcome Christian Heinen, who joined the group as the new CEO of Arendt Services on the first of December. He takes over for Olivier Hamou, who will remain on the company’s Board of Directors.

After starting his career with a Big Four, Christian held various senior positions in the fund and corporate services industries across several continents, leading business transformation and growth strategies in different cultural settings. His last role was that of Luxembourg Country Head at a major fund and corporate services provider.

“I am delighted that Christian Heinen has accepted the position of new CEO of Arendt Services. His wealth of experience in the industry will allow us to further expand and deepen our service offering to clients in an era of digital transformation. The board is looking forward to working with Christian. I also wish to express my gratitude to Olivier for his outstanding services during the past six years,” said Claude Niedner, Chairman of the Board of Arendt Services.

Luxembourg, 16 décembre 2021 - Arendt accueille Christian Heinen, qui rejoint le groupe en tant que nouveau CEO d'Arendt Services le 1er décembre. Il succède à Olivier Hamou, qui demeure membre du conseil d'administration de la société.

Après avoir débuté sa carrière dans un Big Four, Christian a occupé divers postes de direction dans le secteur des services aux fonds et entreprises sur plusieurs continents. Dans ce cadre, il a mis en œuvre des stratégies de transformation et de croissance dans des contextes culturels différents. Son dernier poste était celui de « Luxembourg Country Head » au sein d'un grand prestataire de services aux fonds et entreprises.

« Je suis ravi que Christian Heinen accepte le poste de nouveau CEO d'Arendt Services. Sa riche expérience dans le secteur nous permettra d'élargir et d'approfondir encore notre offre de services aux clients en cette ère de transformation numérique. Le conseil d'administration est impatient de travailler avec Christian. Je souhaite également exprimer toute ma gratitude à Olivier pour ses services exceptionnels au cours des six dernières années », a déclaré Claude Niedner, président du conseil d'administration d'Arendt Services.
