During this experience I particularly dealt with issues related to individual termination, sickness, social security and helped clients to reach settlement. I have acquired solid experience in litigation by representing employers in a large number of cases before the labour courts. I took part of the development of the knowledge management of the law firm and has written numerous articles on employment law.
