Majzoub
Senior Associate
David Majzoub is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
David advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of the creation, development and restructuring of Luxembourg investment funds. He has expertise in a broad range of legal and regulatory topics relating to the formation and ongoing operations of Luxembourg regulated investment funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds. He also advises fund service providers, with a specific focus on depositaries.
David joined Arendt & Medernach in 2019 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
He holds a Master’s in business law from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (France).
