Stéphanie Maschiella is a Counsel in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises on both national and international tax issues. She is active in private equity, real estate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on the Italian market.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2018, Stéphanie worked as a tax director within one of the Big Four firms for over twelve years, where she advised a wide range of Pan-European funds throughout their whole lifecycle as well as Italian-related clients and investment structures across the industries.

Stéphanie has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021.

Stéphanie Maschiella holds a Master’s degree in finance from Audencia Business School of Nantes (France) as well as a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg.
