Stessie Soccio is a counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practise with a particular focus on advising domestic and foreign clients such as large local and international companies, private equity and real estate funds on all aspects of the structuring of international transactions, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, cross-border restructuring and reorganisation matters, joint ventures, directors-shareholders conflicts, and directors liability disputes.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she worked for several years in Brussels for major law firms in Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law (M&A and corporate restructuring), Bankruptcy Law, judicial reorganization proceedings, European Competition Law and International Private Law.
