Senior Associate
Anne Pelletier is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Anne advises major private equity firms as well as companies on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, refinancing and reorganisations with a focus on corporate law, corporate finance and transactional business law.
Anne holds a Master I in Business Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), a Master’s from the Haute Ecole Appliquée au Droit in Paris (France) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown Law (USA).
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, the New York Bar and the Paris Bar.
