Alexandre Maschiella is a Counsel in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in Transfer Pricing.

Alexandre advises clients on the pricing of all types of related party transactions (including goods, services and intellectual property), with a special focus on the pricing of financial transactions such as loans (including estimation of credit ratings), guarantees and asset management fees. He also assists clients in transfer pricing audits and disputes, conducting transfer pricing litigation cases and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).

Alexandre is a Luxembourg qualified lawyer. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.

He holds a Master’s (LL.M.) in European and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg.

Alexandre was awarded “Rising Star” status in 2021 and 2022 by Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides for his expertise in Transfer Pricing.
