Kremer
Senior Associate
Antoine Kremer is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He works for national and multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity and real estate funds and specialises in corporate law advising on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, refinancings, joint ventures and transactional business law in general.
Antoine joined Arendt & Medernach in September 2017 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
Antoine holds a Master’s degree in law (Licence en droit) from the Université Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master in corporate and tax law from the Université Lyon III – Jean Moulin.
