Bob’s practice revolves around mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice and joint ventures. Bob also advises private equity firms on downstream acquisition financing and structuring. He is furthermore a trusted advisor to Luxembourg operational businesses.
- Bob Calmes holds a Master’s degree in international law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a degree from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne) as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Pace Law School.
