Nicolas Bouveret advises global asset managers and institutional clients on the structuring, formation and marketing of Luxembourg investment funds, in particular private funds set up as alternative investment funds (AIFs) under AIFMD (partnerships, RAIFs and SIFs) as well as alternative UCITS. His practice includes mainly private equity funds, private debt funds and hedge funds.
