Nicolas Bouveret is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where he specialises in investment fund matters. He advises international clients on the structuring, organisation and marketing of Luxembourg investment funds.

From September 2013 to December 2014, Nicolas was seconded to the New York office of Arendt & Medernach where he assisted US and global asset managers in structuring and marketing Luxembourg investment funds.

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the New York Bar.

He is actively involved in various committees and sub-committees of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).

Nicolas holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2005) and an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University (2008).
