Martial Barbian is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution as well as the Administrative Law, Property, Construction & Environment practices of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in urban development law and in public procurement law.
He also specialises in civil law focusing on construction and civil liability.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002.
Martial Barbian holds a Maîtrise en Droit Privé and a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) en droit des contentieux from the Université de Droit, Economie et Administration de Metz (France).
